Business Park Refurbishment – Barlett Court

Tek Clad Ltd have over a three-year period installed over clad systems to most of this business park.

These buildings were all live with existing tenants. This is a process we often carry out even though it can on occasion be a difficult task to undertake.

All current plasterboard and asbestos clad roofs were over clad with a new metal system complying with current building regulation requirements. All gutters were stripped and replaced with new complete downpipes. The roof had a new barge board and verge details to over cloak all the existing systems to give a fresh modern finish to these tired-looking buildings.

All work was completed on time and on budget.
