Tek Clad Ltd is a specialist industrial roofing and cladding contractor delivering refurbishment, replacement, and new build envelope systems for commercial and industrial buildings across the UK.

Based in the Southwest, Tek Clad operates nationally, working with commercial property owners, developers, and principal contractors to deliver high-quality roofing and cladding solutions across a wide range of sectors including logistics, manufacturing, industrial estates, and commercial property.

Since its formation in 2010, Tek Clad has developed a strong reputation for delivering safe, reliable, and technically sound projects. The business has grown through repeat business and long-term client relationships, reflecting a consistent approach to quality, professionalism, and project delivery.

Our core expertise lies in industrial roof refurbishment and asbestos roof replacement, providing practical and cost-effective solutions to extend the life of existing buildings while minimising disruption to our clients’ operations. Alongside this, Tek Clad delivers new build roofing and cladding packages, supporting principal contractors on commercial and industrial construction projects.

Workforce & Delivery Capability

Tek Clad Ltd operates a highly experienced and capable workforce delivering industrial roofing and cladding projects across the UK.

Our teams are structured to deliver projects of varying scale safely and efficiently, from complex refurbishment works through to full new build roofing and cladding packages. We maintain a strong focus on programme, quality, and safety across all operations.

Tek Clad maintains in-house capability for site lifting operations, including appointed persons, crane supervisors, slinger/signallers, and telehandler operators, including roto machines. This enables us to plan and manage lifting activities safely and efficiently as part of our project delivery.

All site teams operate using fully equipped, modern vehicles and specialist plant and equipment appropriate to the works being undertaken, allowing efficient mobilisation and consistent productivity across all projects.

Where required, Tek Clad Ltd supplements its directly employed workforce with a trusted network of specialist subcontract operatives.

All subcontract labour is subject to internal vetting procedures, ensuring appropriate levels of competency, training and insurance are in place. We work with established subcontract teams who have previously delivered projects for Tek Clad, ensuring consistency in quality, safety and standards across all works.
