Warehouse Refurbishment: Box Clever Press, Devon
Full Building Upgrade Completed – Five Years On
Tek Clad has returned to Box Clever Press in Devon to complete the final elevation cladding of a building we first refurbished in 2020. This marks the final stage in a long-term upgrade project that has included over-cladding the roof, replacing rooflights, installing new gutter linings, adding insulation, and fitting horizontally laid profiled steel sheets with finishing flashings.
It was hugely rewarding to return and take this project across the finish line. We were able to see how well our original work has stood the test of time – and to ensure that the same exacting standards of installation and finish were applied to the final elements.
One great-looking building – and one very happy returning customer!

2020 Warehouse Refurbishment
Supply and install an over clad system to both metal roof and elevation cladding complete with replacement roof lights, gutter linings, and insulation to achieve current building regulations.
This was successfully carried out on time and on budget.
