Building refurbishment, now fully complete

Tek Clad carried out the bulk of this work in 2023, with final trims installed in May 2025 to wrap things up.

Works included the removal and replacement of the existing roof with composite panels and GRP rooflights, new HD Sharman gutter linings to the concrete gutters, and full over cladding to all four elevations with new framework, insulation, and profiled steel sheets.

Detail work was challenging due to the age and misalignment of the building, particularly around gutters and downpipes, but the result is a smart, future-proof finish delivered on time and on budget.
