Full Roofing Upgrade Completed
Tek Clad delivered a complete roofing upgrade at a commercial unit on Garrett Road, carrying out a high-quality commercial over-cladding project in Yeovil to extend the lifespan and performance of the existing roof.
The work began with the removal and replacement of all original rooflights, ensuring the building benefited from improved natural lighting and modern, energy-efficient GRP units. Once the rooflights were in place, the team installed a full bar-and-bracket over-cladding system, adding new LG-finished steel sheets, matching flashings, and fully integrated rainwater gutters. This approach allowed the old roof to remain in place while significantly improving weather protection, insulation, and appearance.
Everything was completed on schedule and within budget, resulting in a clean, durable, and professionally finished roof system that will serve the building well for years to come.
