The existing elevation cladding was built into the ground, we removed all the hazardous materials and disposed of it correctly. Following our design, a third party installed a new base detail cavity wall.
Composite elevation cladding then sat on this new wall. Both now form a tidy waterproof detail on the building.
We removed the existing roofing materials and disposed of them again in a safe and correct manner.
New insulated factory manufactured gutters were installed complete with one-piece Plygene gutter linings to ensure a long trouble-free lifespan. The gutters also had overflow weirs installed on both ends with new large capacity rainwater downpipes.
The roof was also replaced with new composite panels and GRP roof lights.
The completed building is new dramatically enhance on both performance and appearance and ready for another long life.
