Business Park – Surrey Close, Dorset

Over a twelve-month period and three phases we successfully carried out the refurbishment of eleven units.

All units had twin skin fibre cement roof coverings with metal lining sheets. This entire system was removed and a combination of both twin skin and composite metal roof coverings were installed. All complying with current building regulations and carried out with NFRC competent roofer scheme.

The existing gutters were removed and replaced with new steel gutters and plastic rainwater down pipes.

The elevations are over clad with new horizontally laid profiled sheets with finishing flashings to give the units a new appearance.
