Business Park – Bridgwater

These former building merchant buildings were left in a very poor condition. We had to transform the buildings from the open warehouses into fully compliant industrial units.

All roofs, rainwater goods and elevation cladding were removed.

New structural steel sections were installed to remove the dated curved eaves details. We then install a completely new composite envelope package on both units.
