Avon Close, Weymouth, Dorset. This building is within a mile of the sea and is a former Travis Perkins building, purchased by the new owner to let out in one or multiple units. This project was a total of 1,500 sq Mtr.

Buildings Problems

This building required to be upgraded generally to bring it in line with current building regulations.

Client Requirements

The new building owner is a valued client of Tek Clad Ltd and has trusted Tek Clad with many such redevelopments over the years. The client brief was simple, we were to produce a specification that would enable the building to be let out to one or multiple clients while complying with current regulations and offering the longest warranty possible.
