Environmental Action

We are all becoming very aware of the increasingly precarious environmental situation being caused by global warming, this 'climate crisis' affects us all no matter where we live. it is increasingly important that we do not delay in reducing our carbon footprint.

All Tek Clad Ltd we are focused and committed to this worldwide effort and puts carbon reduction as one of the key factors during our design, onsite works as well and ongoing use of the business for our clients, we have applied this principle to the running of our own business.

To this end, we made the decision to be involved in the construction of our new offices. Constructed in 2018 this new building is fully compliant with current regulations with the design focused on being as energy-efficient as possible. By constructing our head office in this way, we are contributing directly to reducing our carbon consumption and as a bonus, our utility bills are very small.

Achieving the best environmentally friendly results

We have invested heavily not only in our building but also in our fleet of vehicles, which are all modern meeting with the latest Euro 6 emission controls. These are also tracked so we can monitor and reduce our fuel usage.

Even our PPE equipment is, where possible, manufactured from recyclable materials. Our paper usage has been reduced to the minimum currently possible.

We appreciate these are very small steps towards a solution to a very big problem, but we are conscious that we must all act now if we are to build a better and brighter world for future generations.
