Refreshed Workshop for Pug1Off Brackley, Northamptonshire

Tek Clad worked with Pug1Off, a Peugeot and Citroën specialist based near Silverstone, on a full roof and wall over-cladding project to refresh and modernise their existing building in Brackley, Northamptonshire. The project involved over-cladding an early 1990s constructed building, bringing it up to current building standards while dramatically improving both its aesthetic and performance.

The Client

Founded in 2005 by partners Matthew and Lucy Jobling, Pug1Off is a well-established name in the performance tuning and motorsport scene. Based in South Northamptonshire, the business offers dealer-level servicing, repairs and diagnostics for French performance vehicles, with a reputation for quality and craftsmanship.

The Project

Pug1Off reached out to Tek Clad to refurbish their existing building, which had become run down, dated, and in need of improvement. The work included over-cladding the roof to improve insulation and energy efficiency, replacing roof lights, and updating two elevations of the building to create a fresh, modern appearance. The goal was to transform the look and feel of the workshop, shop, store and reception area while boosting performance and bringing the structure in line with modern building regulations.

The project was delivered with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring minimal disruption to Pug1Off’s day-to-day operations while executing a high-quality transformation that reflects the professionalism and engineering excellence of the brand itself.

The Cladding Solutions​

Tek Clad installed a full over-cladding system to the existing metal roof, complete with new insulation to meet current building standards and high-performance roof lights to improve natural light inside. Two elevations of the building were also over-clad with new panels, and flashings, gutters and downpipes were installed to finish the transformation.

This solution not only improved the building’s thermal performance and weather resistance but also gave it a striking new look that aligns with Pug1Off’s reputation in the automotive space.
